Current TN ABC Server Permit or ability to obtain a license
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Take orders and serve customers
Oversee food quality, order accuracy and service speed
Solve customer issues with a positive attitude

RESTAURANT MANAGER
QUALIFICATIONS:

Must work 40 hrs/wk
Ability to stand, walk, stoop and lift up to 30lbs during shift
Lead and motivate team, while working with them
Some Computer skills required to operate a POS System back end, and database
Passionate about serving the public
Current TN ABC Server Permit or ability to obtain a license
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Basic computer and math skills required to operate a POS System
Passionate about serving the public
Communication Skills (Clear and professional interaction with customers and team members)
Time Management (Work quickly and efficiently, especially during busy periods)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Customer Service (Greet Customers, Answer Questions, Provide Menu Recommendations, Upsell Menu Items and Current Deals or Specials)
Order & Payment Processing (Take Customer Orders, Enter into POS System, Process Cash & Credit Cards, Issue Receipts, Provide Correct Change)
Workstation Maintenance (Keep the Cashier Area & Dining Spaces Clean, Organized & Stocked)
Server Food to Customers when Servers need assistance
